Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 3 c
- sausage hot or mild, bulk - 1 lb
- grated sharp cheese cold does better - 1 lb
- water enough to make everything stick together - 1 item
How to make sausage-cheese balls:
Mix all ingredients well: cheese, Bisquick and then sausage. Roll into balls about the size of a large marble. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until brown.Can be frozen and cooked when needed. Makes about 200 balls.
