- Bisquick
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 10 oz
- lean pork sausage meat - 1 lb
How to make sausage cheese balls:
Break up sausage meat into small pieces. Allow to stand at room temperature until softened. Mix in cheese and Bisquick with hands and thoroughly blend mixture until it can be formed into a large ball. Pinch off small pieces and roll to form balls, about the size of large marbles. Place on baking sheet not touching and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until balls are puffed and golden brown (bake on lowest rack in oven).Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Pork.
