  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 8 oz
  • hot bulk sausage - 1 lb

How to make sausage biscuits:

Preheat oven to 400°. Break sausage into small pieces; mix with Bisquick and cheese (with hands is easiest). Form into small balls the size of a quarter; flatten slightly. Bake about 10 minutes. This can be done ahead and frozen. No need to thaw before baking.
