Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
- sharp cheddar cheese, grated - 4 c
- uncooked Jimmy Dean fresh sausage meat - 2 pkg
- all purpose baking biscuit mix
How to make sausage cheese balls:
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients together. Form into 1 inch balls. Place them on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Note that the uncooked sausage meat balls can be frozen.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Pork.
