Ingredients/Components
- mashed potatoes - 1 item
- sausage, crumbled, fried and drained - 1 lb
- can undiluted vegetable soup - 1 item
How to make sausage casserole:
Put drained, fried sausage in bottom of casserole dish. Spread vegetable soup over this. Prepare mashed potatoes (just like you are preparing them for a vegetable dish for a meal). Spread on top of sausage and vegetable soup. Bake in oven until potatoes are brown (not real brown) and soup is bubbling.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
