Sausage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- can milk - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Minute rice - 2 c
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 8 oz
- bell pepper - 1/2 c
- pork sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage casserole:
Boil water. Add rice and let set. Brown sausage, onion and bell pepper in frying pan. Drain grease on paper towels set into colander. In medium bowl, mix eggs, soup, milk and cheese. Add sausage mixture and rice. Bake in casserole dish for about 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
