  • water - 4 c
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped potatoes - 4 item
  • cans pinto beans - 2 item
  • sausage - 2 lb
  • can tomatoes stewed - 2 item

How to make sausage bean soup:

Brown sausage and drain. Put in 5 quart pan and add all other ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour.

For hot and spicy: Hot sausage with Ro-Tel tomatoes.
