Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • can kidney beans - 1 item
  • can potato soup - 1 item
  • can celery soup - 1 item
  • small tomato sauce - 1 item
  • can tomatoes - 1 oz

How to make taco soup:

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add remaining ingredients in stew pot. Simmer on low until hot. Serve over tortilla chips and top with Monterey Jack and Colby cheese, shredded.
