Ingredients/Components

  • water - 3 c
  • parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • Minute rice - 3 c
  • onion - 1 c
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • Velveeta cheese, sliced - 1 c
  • garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make sausage and rice:

Brown sausage; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in water and oregano. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and parsley. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes; fluff with fork. Stir in cheese and mushroom soup. Heat until cheese is melted.
