Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- parsley - 2 tsp
- grated onion - 1/4 c
- mild sausage - 1 lb
- can sauerkraut, drained and chopped - 1 lb
How to make sauerkraut balls:
Brown sausage and drain. Put sauerkraut in blender and chop up fine and drain. Put all ingredients in skillet. Add cheese to melt; mix well. Refrigerate 24 hours. Make into small balls. Dip in flour, egg and bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown in color.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pork.
