Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 Tbsp
- onion - 1/4 c
- sausage - 1 c
- sauerkraut - 1 lb
How to make sauerkraut balls:
Cook, brown and drain sausage and onion. Mix in sauerkraut, 2 tablespoons bread crumbs, cream cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Refrigerate until cool. Shape into balls. Coat balls in the flour. Mix together eggs, and milk. Dip floured balls into mixture. Then roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pork.
