Ingredients/Components
- large potatoes - 6 item
- about 2 slabs spareribs
- large cans sauerkraut, drained - 2 item
- about 2 large onions
- parsley, basil, dill, salt and pepper - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut and spareribs:
In a large roaster or baking dish, put spareribs. Take sauerkraut, put on top of spareribs. Cut up potatoes and put in roaster. Add onions. Add parsley, basil, dill, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork, Pork rib.
