Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- large can sauerkraut - 1 item
- flat noodles - 1 pkg
- Polish sausage, cut up optional - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut and noodles:
Fry (cut up) bacon. Add onion to grease and fry until translucent. Add sauerkraut and fry for 1/2 hour. Add cooked noodles and soup. Add enough water to keep moist. Add sausage, cut up and cooked.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, One Dish meal.
