Ingredients/Components
- sliced mushrooms - 16 oz
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- large can or bag drained sauerkraut - 1 item
- medium size onion, chopped small - 1 item
- box small seashell noodles, boiled - 1 item
- sliced kielbasa, browned lightly optional - 1 lb
How to make sauerkraut and noodles:
Saut sauerkraut, mushrooms and onions in butter until lightly browned. Stir in boiled noodles and browned kielbasa. Serves 8 to 10 people as a side dish.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, One Dish meal.
