How to make make ahead mashed potatoes:
Boil potatoes; drain and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well. Put in greased baking dish. Top with pats of butter. Cover; refrigerate. Before serving, sprinkle paprika and bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
