- water - 2 qt
- cabbage - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1/4 c
- pickling salt - 1/4 c
How to make sauerkraut:
Chop cabbage and pack into 6 quart jars. Bring to boil other ingredients and pour over cabbage. Seal.Recipe categories: Vegetables, German, European.
