Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 qt
- cider vinegar - 1 qt
- cucumbers - 1 item
- noniodized salt - 1 c
- head fresh dill - 1 item
- to 3 hot peppers - 2 item
- to 2 cloves fresh garlic - 1 item
How to make kosher dill pickles:
Select fresh firm cucumbers, wash and pack into jars. Add to each quart jar: dill, garlic and peppers. Bring to a boil water, vinegar and salt. Pour hot solution over cucumbers and seal jars. Pickles will be ready in 3 to 4 weeks.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
