Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chicken broth - 3/4 c
  • sliced mushrooms - 1 c
  • medium onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • boneless chicken breasts - 6 item
  • 16 oz - 2 c
  • cooked noodles or rice - 1 item
  • 10 3/4 oz - 1 c

How to make saucy chicken casserole:

In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, combine soups, sour cream, chicken broth, onion, mushrooms and seasonings. Arrange chicken on top of sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until tender. Serve chicken and sauce over noodles or rice. Yields 6 servings.
