Saucy chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chicken broth - 3/4 c
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- poultry seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- boneless chicken breasts - 6 item
- 16 oz - 2 c
- cooked noodles or rice - 1 item
- 10 3/4 oz - 1 c
How to make saucy chicken casserole:
In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan, combine soups, sour cream, chicken broth, onion, mushrooms and seasonings. Arrange chicken on top of sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour or until tender. Serve chicken and sauce over noodles or rice. Yields 6 servings.In memory of Julia Berros.
