Curried chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chicken Rice-A-Roni - 1 pkg
- curry powder
- frozen chopped broccoli, drained - 1 pkg
- chicken, cooked - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese or bread crumbs
How to make curried chicken casserole:
Layer in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Cook the Rice-A-Roni. Add curry powder while cooking. Drain broccoli. Cook and cut up chicken. Mix the milk and mayonnaise with the cream of chicken soup; pour over layers. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.Can add celery, mushrooms, water chestnuts and almonds.
