- skinless, boneless chicken - 2 lb
- jar apricot preserves - 1 to
- bottle Russian dressing - 1 oz
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
How to make saucy chicken:
Combine apricot preserves, dressing and onion soup in bowl. Mix well. Pour over chicken pieces in large baking dish. Cover. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes or until desired brownness.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less, Main dish.
