Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • chopped tomato - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • milk enough to moisten - 1 item

How to make taco pie:

Make a crust with flour, mayonnaise and enough milk to moisten. Brown ground beef. Add taco mix with 1/2 cup water. Add onion, pepper and tomato to crust. Add ground beef mixture. Frost with a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream and cheese. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
