- grated cheese sharp or mild or a combination - 2 c
How to make salsa dip:
Soften the cream cheese to room temperature (45 seconds in the microwave and then stir until soft). Add the sour cream. In another bowl, combine the chili and salsa. Use a 2-quart or larger glass bowl and put a layer of half the white sauce, a layer of half the red sauce and 1 cup of grated cheese. Repeat the layers.
