- cans tomato sauce - 4 oz
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- garlic to taste - 1 item
- jalapeno pepper - 1 item
- cilantro to taste - 1 item
- salt, pepper and parsley - 1 item

- Cerrano peppers - 2 item
- Roman tomatoes, diced - 8 item
- large onion or more to taste, diced - 1 item
- whole diced onion - 1 item
How to make salsa:
Throw everything in a crock-pot in the morning, except wine and sour cream. Cook all day on high. When you come home from the barn at night, dump in the last 2 items and stir. Take a nice, hot bath and drink the rest of the wine. About an hour later, serve with fresh rolls and a salad. Your family will think you've been cooking all day.
