Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- salt - 3 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- chopped onions
- black pepper - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 8 item
- chopped green peppers
- chili pepper - 4 Tbsp
- or 2 jalapeno peppers - 1 item
- peeled and chopped tomatoes - 16 c
- hot yellow peppers - 8 c
How to make salsa:
Cook ingredients 1 hour. Mix 1 cup cold water and 8 tablespoons cornstarch. Add to vegetables. Put in cans and cook 20 minutes in hot water bath.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Salsas.
