Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 4 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
How to make cheese puffs:
Sift dry ingredients together. Beat egg, milk and oil together. Add cheese to flour, then add egg mixture and mix to a very soft consistency. Put in patty tins and bake at 425° for about 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
