Ingredients/Components
- butter or oleo - 1/4 c
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- whole milk - 3 c
- can red salmon - 1 lb
How to make salmon soup:
Clean and flake salmon. Cook with diced onion and butter or oleo until onion is soft. Add milk; add salt and pepper. Heat until milk is hot. Do not boil because milk will curdle. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
