Potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 lb
- oleo - 1/4 lb
- diced onion - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- sharp cheese, grated - 8 oz
- can cream of mushroom or chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed potato chips or corn flakes - 1 c
How to make potato casserole:
Mix together everything except chips and oleo. Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole. Melt oleo and mix with chips and spread over potato mixture. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
