- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- stiffly beaten egg whites - 2 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- well beaten egg yolks - 2 item
- canned salmon, flaked - 1 (1
How to make salmon souffle:
Mix butter, flour and milk over low heat on stove (makes a white sauce). Slowly add small amount of white sauce to egg yolks and stir into remaining sauce. Add salt, nutmeg, pepper and salmon.
