Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cornbread mix - 1 pkg
- can diced, stewed tomatoes - 1 item
How to make cornbread casserole:
Make cornbread as directed on package; add corn. Pour half of the mixture into a greased baking dish. Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper together. Drain. Add tomatoes. Pour over cornbread mixture in baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese. Add remaining cornbread mix. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
