Ingredients/Components
- margarine or butter - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 2 Tbsp
- chopped cucumber - 1/4 c
- sandwich buns, split - 4 item
- can red salmon, drained and flaked - 1 1/2
- purchased French salad dressing - 1 Tbsp
- medium spinach leaves - 8 item
How to make salmon salad sandwiches:
In small bowl, combine salmon, cucumber, mayonnaise and French dressing; blend well. Spread margarine on cut sides of buns. Place 1/4 cup salmon mixture on each bottom half of each bun.
