Cocktail meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- ground round - 2 lb
- parsley flakes - 1/3 c
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- corn flake crumbs - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- onion, minced - 2 Tbsp
- Sauce:1 can cranberry jelly sauce
- brown sugar, packed - 3/4 c
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Sauce:1 can cranberry jelly sauce3/4 c. brown sugar, packed1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce2 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix all meatball ingredients well; form into small meatballs. Place in cake tin in one layer.For sauce, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until blended. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
