Ingredients/Components

  • ground round - 2 lb
  • parsley flakes - 1/3 c
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • catsup - 1/3 c
  • corn flake crumbs - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • onion, minced - 2 Tbsp
  • Sauce:1 can cranberry jelly sauce
  • brown sugar, packed - 3/4 c
  • bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Sauce:1 can cranberry jelly sauce3/4 c. brown sugar, packed1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce2 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix all meatball ingredients well; form into small meatballs. Place in cake tin in one layer.

For sauce, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until blended. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
