Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- margarine, melted - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
- minced parsley - 1 tsp
- can salmon, drained and flaked - 1 item
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- soft bread crumbs, cubed about 2 slices - 2 c
How to make salmon puffs:
In large bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup mix. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes; let set 5 minutes before serving.
