Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • margarine, melted - 2 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
  • minced parsley - 1 tsp
  • can salmon, drained and flaked - 1 item
  • small onion, minced - 1 item
  • soft bread crumbs, cubed about 2 slices - 2 c

How to make salmon puffs:

In large bowl, combine eggs, milk and soup mix. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes; let set 5 minutes before serving. Tuna can be used as an alternate or double recipe using salmon and tuna for a tasty flavor.
