Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1/2 tsp
- egg, beaten lightly - 1 item
- soda crackers, crushed - 6 item
- jar salmon, drained - 1 pt
How to make salmon patties:
Mix egg, onion and salt. Add flour and beat until smooth. Add finely crushed crackers. Break up salmon with a fork, then add to mixture. Form into 4 patties. Sprinkle each side lightly with flour and fry in oil until browned, turning only once.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
