- can salmon - 1 oz
- cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- grated onion - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- parsley - 3 Tbsp
- horseradish - 1 tsp
How to make salmon party log:
Drain salmon, remove skin and bones and flake well. Add all other ingredients except pecans and parsley. Blend well and shape into log. Chill until firm. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
