Salmon loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- chopped celery - 2/3 c
- bread crumbs
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- liquid fish juice and water - 1/2 c
How to make salmon loaf:
Drain salmon; discard skin and bones. Save juice. Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pack firmly into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until light brown and firm.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
