Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • chopped celery - 2/3 c
  • bread crumbs
  • chopped parsley - 1/4 c
  • liquid fish juice and water - 1/2 c

How to make salmon loaf:

Drain salmon; discard skin and bones. Save juice. Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pack firmly into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, until light brown and firm.
