Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- prepared mustard - 6 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- grated American cheese - 1/4 c
- salmon - 1 lb
How to make salmon loaf:
Flake salmon and combine with bread crumbs. Add mustard, salt and pepper. Add cheese and milk, blend well. Add eggs and melted butter. Place mixture in a well-greased loaf pan; dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350° oven about 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
