Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can green chiles - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- canned cream - 1 c
- 12 tortillas - 1 pkg
How to make tortilla casserole:
Brown meat and onions. Drain. Add enchilada sauce, soups, cream and chiles. Season to taste. Simmer 20 minutes. Layer in greased 9 x 13-inch pan: meat mixture, tortillas and cheese; repeat until all used up, ending with cheese on top.
