  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 1 item
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item

How to make salisbury steak and mushroom gravy:

Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, egg, Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs together. Form into patties. Dredge patties lightly in flour. Place in an electric skillet on 300° to 350° for 20 minutes. Drain all fat from patties. Mix mushroom soup with milk. Pour over patties; simmer 10 minutes.
