Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak and mushroom gravy:
Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, egg, Worcestershire sauce and bread crumbs together. Form into patties. Dredge patties lightly in flour. Place in an electric skillet on 300° to 350° for 20 minutes. Drain all fat from patties. Mix mushroom soup with milk. Pour over patties; simmer 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meatballs, Meatloaf.
