Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- ketchup - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
How to make meat loaf:
Combine beef, onion, milk, bread crumbs, egg and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Shape into a ball and place in the center of a baking pan. Combine ketchup and brown sugar and pour over the meat loaf. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
