  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 3 Tbsp
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • horseradish - 3 Tbsp
  • Form small flat cakes

How to make salisbury steak:

Mix thoroughly. Form small flat cakes. Broil until brown. Serve with sauce.Sauce:1/2 c. cream3 Tbsp. horseradish salt and pepper3 Tbsp. bread crumbs1/2 tsp. dry mustard Heat in a double boiler and serve hot.
