Cocktail meatballs

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 3/4 tsp
• water - 1/2 c
• dark brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
• beaten eggs - 2 item
• dry mustard - 1 tsp
• pepper - 1/2 tsp
• bread crumbs - 3/4 c
• minced onion - 1/2 Tbsp
• apple cider vinegar - 1/4 c
• horseradish - 1/2 Tbsp
• ground beef, ground chicken or ground turkey - 3/4 lb
• Brown in butter

How to make cocktail meatballs:

Mix all ingredients together and shape into meatballs. Brown in butter.Sauce:3/4 c. catsup1/2 c. water1/4 c. apple cider vinegar2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar1 Tbsp. minced onion1 tsp. dry mustard1/4 tsp. pepper Heat all in saucepan for approximately 5 minutes. Add meatballs and simmer for another 5 minutes or until done. Keep warm.
