Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- dark brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- minced onion - 1/2 Tbsp
- apple cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- horseradish - 1/2 Tbsp
- ground beef, ground chicken or ground turkey - 3/4 lb
- Brown in butter
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix all ingredients together and shape into meatballs. Brown in butter.Sauce:3/4 c. catsup1/2 c. water1/4 c. apple cider vinegar2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar1 Tbsp. minced onion1 tsp. dry mustard1/4 tsp. pepper Heat all in saucepan for approximately 5 minutes.
