Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- onion, chopped - 1/4 c
- cracker crumbs - 1/4 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- celery, chopped - 1/4 c
- green pepper optional - 1/4 c
- bulk sausage - 1/2 lb
How to make salisbury steak:
Brown onion and celery in margarine until golden. Combine meats with other ingredients and then spoon celery and onion into mixture. Mold into thick patties. Place in a well-greased baking dish.
