Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- large eggs - 4 item
- honey - 4 Tbsp
- oleo, melted - 2 Tbsp
- skimmed milk
- 1 inch thick slices French bread - 12 item
How to make honey baked french toast:
Mix milk, eggs, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons honey. Dip bread in mixture on both sides. Put into greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Pour remaining mixture over bread. Drizzle with melted butter or oleo and remaining 2 tablespoons honey. Bake in 350° oven 30 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breakfast, Time to make.
