Ingredients/Components
- hamburger
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- fine dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- water - 1/3 c
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix hamburger with 1/4 cup soup. Add onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Shape into six patties. Put in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Remove from oven and spoon off excess grease. Now, combine remaining soup with water and pour over steaks.
