Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- mushrooms - 2 oz
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- onion soup - 1 pkg
How to make salisbury steak:
Mix meat, crumbs, 1/4 cup dry soup mix, milk and the eggs. Shape into patties and brown in shortening. Put rest of soup mix and flour with the water in skillet. Stir in mushrooms.Put patties in and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
