Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • fat - 1 item
  • cornflakes, crushed - 1 c
  • can golden mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can milk - 1 item

How to make salisbury steak:

Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, cornflakes, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties, roll in flour and brown in fat. Place in baking pan. Cover with mushroom soup. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
