Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- fat - 1 item
- cornflakes, crushed - 1 c
- can golden mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can milk - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, cornflakes, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties, roll in flour and brown in fat. Place in baking pan. Cover with mushroom soup. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Oamc/freezer/make ahead.
