Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 item
  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • ground beef
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • golden mushroom soup - 1/4 c

How to make salisbury steak:

Mix ingredients together and make into patties. Put in 2-quart baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 350°. Pour off fat. Add 1/2 cup water to remaining mushroom soup; pour over patties. Bake 10 minutes.
