- bottle Russian dressing - 1 oz
- to 6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cut up and skinned - 4 item
- apricot preserves 1 heaping c - 10 oz
How to make russian chicken:
Mix the Russian dressing, soup mix and apricot preserves together in an 8 x 8-inch baking or casserole dish. Place chicken in dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350°, uncovered. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Whole chicken, Chicken breast.
