Rotel potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 oz
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- mushrooms, sliced - 1/4 lb
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 oz
- soup can water - 1/2 item
- to 12 small potatoes, peeled and sliced - 10 item
How to make rotel potatoes:
In skillet, saut mushrooms and onions until golden brown.Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, mix mushrooms, onions, Ro-Tel tomatoes, Cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, water and salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over potatoes in a greased baking dish. Place margarine slices on top and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
