Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt
- egg - 1 item
- shortening - 1/2 c
- plain flour - 4 c
- yeast - 2 pkg
- tepid water - 1/4 c
- sticks butter, melted - 2 item
- boiled water - 1 c
How to make rolls:
Dissolve yeast in tepid water. Beat egg. Mix shortening, sugar and salt in large bowl. Pour boiled water into mixture. Stir until sugar dissolves. Let stand until tepid. Pour in yeast, egg and mix.
